The final review of the Research Lifecycle Management technologies for Earth Science Communities and Copernicus users in EOSC (RELIANCE) took place on Wednesday 27 September 2023.

RELIANCE has been a flagship project for the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) for the support and implementation of Open Science approach to allow scientists to continue doing their science as usual (with their data, with their notebooks, etc.), but now being able to access and exploit Big Data from heterogeneous sources, including Copernicus data and services.

The extension of the Data Cube model and services combined with the connection with the Research Object technology improved the level of Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reuse (FAIR) of the RELIANCE services.

With the onboarding of the ADAM platform in the EOSC Marketplace, MEEO is proud about the main achievements and happy to share its contribution for

• access to 100+ datasets / 7+ million products, with a daily growing rate of ~3500 datacube resources per day
• twofold access support: “by reference” and “to physical data”
• support the RELIANCE and C-SCALE collaboration by setting up STAC browser and API for Copernicus Sentinel-3 and Sentinel-5P datasets
